Prevented downtime outage length

By default, only outages with a duration of 30 seconds or more will be counted towards the prevented downtime reports. This prevents legs that are going down and up frequently from unrealistically inflating the prevented downtime statistics. Changing this setting only applies to future reports and does not adjust historical reports. This value applies to all spaces.
