Bond defaults

When creating new bonds, sometimes the system defaults may not reflect a partner’s desired “template” or their most common configuration. A new bond’s template can be more finely tuned with the options on this page, to save time and provide expected defaults when provisioning bonds.

The following settings are available:

Default automatic source IP

Set this option as enabled or disabled for new bonds. Read more about this setting here.

Default leg MTU detection time

Set this value for new bonds. Read more about this setting here.

Default leg down speed

Set this value for new bonds. Read more about this setting here.

Default leg up speed
