Additions¶
The appearance of the web management interface has been completely changed. The old interface based on a project called Greppelli has been replaced with one based on the modern, well-accepted Twitter Bootstrap project.
Keyboard shortcuts have been added on the bond detail, aggregator detail, and quality of service profile detail pages. To view shortcuts, click the briefcase icon at the top-right corner of a page.
Users can now edit their own account username, e-mail address, and name.
Aggregators can now be deleted from the web admin.
A search function has been added to the dashboard and bond index page.
A warning is shown for bonds with no legs.
Links to the Technical Support e-mail have been added to the dashboard, bond detail, and aggregator detail pages.
Links to the API version of a page have been added at the bottom of some pages.
A Legal page has been added, listing the copyrights and licenses of all resources distributed with Bonding Admin.
A page footer has been added that shows software versions and the configuration server load average.
Removals¶
The Provide Feedback link has been removed.
Some columns have been removed from the bond index table.
Changes¶
Leg and bond counts on the dashboard are updated immediately when a leg or bond is added or removed.
The leg count on the dashboard now only counts active legs. Previously it also counted idle and offline legs.
Page load time on the dashboard and bond index page has been greatly reduced due to improvements in database queries.
The number of resources loaded by the web interface, such as image and JavaScript files, has been reduced and optimized.
The login and dashboard URLs have changed. Bookmarks may need to be updated.
Redis is now used as the session and cache store.
Fixes¶
Numerous bugs have been fixed throughout the web application.
