Additions
^^^^^^^^^^

- Bonds can be configured to move from their secondary aggregator to their primary aggregator automatically when the primary aggregator recovers. This is known as aggregator failback.
- Aggregator recovery flap damping has been added. If an aggregator fails soon after it recovers, it will take longer to consider the aggregator healthy the next time it recovers.

Patches
^^^^^^^^

:2013.7-1: Improved the management VPN connection scripts to be more robust if the web service is not responsive.
:2013.7-2: Fixed an issue scheduling speed tests after deleting a config update for a speed test.
