Additions¶
- The appearance of the web management interface has been completely changed. The old interface based on a project called Greppelli has been replaced with one based on the modern, well-accepted Twitter Bootstrap project.
- Keyboard shortcuts have been added on the bond detail, aggregator detail, and quality of service profile detail pages. To view shortcuts, click the briefcase icon at the top-right corner of a page.
- Users can now edit their own account username, e-mail address, and name.
- Aggregators can now be deleted from the web admin.
- A search function has been added to the dashboard and bond index page.
- A warning is shown for bonds with no legs.
- Links to the Technical Support e-mail have been added to the dashboard, bond detail, and aggregator detail pages.
- Links to the API version of a page have been added at the bottom of some pages.
- A Legal page has been added, listing the copyrights and licenses of all resources distributed with Bonding Admin.
- A page footer has been added that shows software versions and the configuration server load average.
Removals¶
- The Provide Feedback link has been removed.
- Some columns have been removed from the bond index table.
Changes¶
- Leg and bond counts on the dashboard are updated immediately when a leg or bond is added or removed.
- The leg count on the dashboard now only counts active legs. Previously it also counted idle and offline legs.
- Page load time on the dashboard and bond index page has been greatly reduced due to improvements in database queries.
- The number of resources loaded by the web interface, such as image and JavaScript files, has been reduced and optimized.
- The login and dashboard URLs have changed. Bookmarks may need to be updated.
- Redis is now used as the session and cache store.
Fixes¶
- Numerous bugs have been fixed throughout the web application.
