Installing via a PXE server

PXE imaging is convenient because it loads all the installer files over the network, but it requires the installation of a special FTP server on the local network and changes to the local DHCP server. Because it is easy to quickly provision many nodes using a PXE server, this method is our recommendation for large environments.
